Your responsibility will be to uphold our philosophy by teaching independence, character, and developmental growth in all areas of learning within a safe and loving environment. You will have the daily opportunity to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and trust building. Other responsibilities include classroom management, parent or guardian interactions, innovative classroom activities, and loving each child in your care.
A qualified team member knows what it takes to positively impact children and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure it happens. They will have the determination and commitment to the children, families, and program we provide along with offering input into the progress and advancement of the company as a whole.

Working for Liberty Learning Centers has been an amazing experience for me. I've been working at the Graham center since 2015. I have learned so much and grown as a person in so many ways. I’m constantly learning new things. There's never a dull moment and no day is quite like another. I always look forward to seeing my students, their families, and the staff. A really big thing for me is being able to balance my home life and my work life- Liberty Learning makes this possible. I have weekends off, very convenient daytime hours, and the flexibility needed to be present as a mom. I’m very thankful to have found not only a job, but a second family!
