Liberty Learning Centers Inc. (formerly Little Winners Child Development Center) was founded in 1994 by Rose Johnson. Rose is a leader in the field of early childhood education with over 43 years of experience. This mother of 4, grandmother of 8, and great-grandmother of 3 (hopefully, more to come!) has taken her knowledge and skills to create a program that allows each individual child to blossom and grow!
Jenn, Rose’s oldest daughter, has enjoyed working in this family childcare business since 1994! As a mother of 3 and grandmother of 3, she brings over 30 years of experience and stays up-to-date on current trends in early education.
Rose and Jenn continue to work together to encourage the continuation of skills that work for the children, train teachers, and build a program that stands out leaps and bounds in the community! We are looking forward to meeting you and your child!
Hello! My name is Heather, and I am the Director at the Graham location. I have been a proud member of Liberty Learning Centers since September 2014. Over the years, I’ve taught all ages—from toddlers to 1st graders—and my number one goal has always been to instill kindness, respect, and accountability in my students. I truly love the families in our program and take great joy in building a warm, connected community where everyone feels welcome and supported. This will be my first year not teaching, and while I’ll miss the daily classroom time, I’m excited to focus on supporting our teachers, students, and families in new ways. I am also currently a student myself, continuing my education in Early Childhood Education to keep growing in my knowledge and skills.

We sent our daughter to Liberty for pre-K and childcare, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!! The staff is amazing - all the teachers are warm and supportive, and our daughter adores them. She learned a lot and had so much fun! They have created a wonderful environment and community! HIGHLY recommend for educational opportunities and/or childcare!!!
We have gone to Liberty for many years now! They are Amazing! My kids loved going to school there. We wish they had a school that went through all the grades because we would be there! The teachers are absolutely amazing! I honestly can’t say enough about how much we loved coming here
Liberty learning center is amazing! My daughter went there for preschool and she was excited everyday to go. It made her come out her shell! And now she is all ready to go to kindergarten! They offer payment plans which is amazing!
We have loved our time at Liberty Learning center. The staff has been incredible, our boy has thrived the last three years, learning, growing and making meaningful friendships in such a safe space. We could not recommend this place any more than we already do, we will be back through with our younger son in the next year and can’t wait for his time 😊
My son had unfortunately been to a handful of daycares with none of them leaving him happy, at liberty learning center he enjoys going every single day no more crying a drop offs, comes home and can’t wait to show me the art he made that day and tell me all about playing with his friends and what he learned. I’m so happy we made the choice to try liberty learning center and can’t wait to enroll our other child in the future!
My son went here 2yrs ago and now my daughter is starting preschool this year! We were excited to come back! We got pictures sent to us weekly. Fun spirit days and holiday activities for the kids! Everyone is so nice and my son learned a lot !
Both of my girls went to Liberty Learning in Orting and we loved it. They both learned so much. My oldest just finished kindergarten and her teacher always said she was way ahead of her class.
